Tarot Tuesday's #Big Reveal for December 11, 2018

It's time for Tarot Tuesday's Big Reveal! If you haven't done so, go to the Wildly, Witch Facebook Page and select your card. For those who have, let's get started!

Today's Deck is The Druidcraft Tarot.

"At a time when we seek a closer connection with the natural world, this beautiful deck invites us to celebrate the earth and the rhythm of her seasons. Combining the two great streams of Western Pagan tradition--Wicca and Druidry--Philip and Stephanie Carr-Gomm, together with artist Will Worthington, have created a tarot of extraordinary depth and relevance that can help guide and illuminate your life. The Druidcraft Tarot's powerful images have emerged from a vast store of teachings and story-telling rooted in our ancient past. Use them as gateways to your inner spiritual world, and deepen your knowledge of yourself and of the earth. Let the natural wisdom of Druidcraft bring you insight and inspiration for the life issues that you face today."

Card 1: The Fool

The first card of the Major Arcana, The Fool is generally a welcome card, indicating new beginnings. It could mean that you are on the verge of an exciting, unexpected new adventure. Your new adventure will bring you along a path which may require you to make a leap of faith; but you will grow as a result of this new experience. This new adventure could be a literal new adventure, like travelling to a place you’ve never been before. The change this card can bring will usually be a welcome one.

While the Fool is generally a beneficial card, its appearance in a reading can also indicate that you need to take the time to look before you leap.  Note the image in the card, showing him walking right off a cliff.

Key words: Innocence, freedom, originality, adventure, travel, foolishness, carelessness, idealism, youth, spontaneity, lack of commitment, new beginnings.

Card 2:  Judgement

In this particular deck, Judgement is called, "Rebirth." This gives a new perspective to the meaning of this card.

Traditionally, Judgement is reflecting your internal conflict about making a big decision. The finality of this choice is quite apparent to you, even if it seems small to others, and is perhaps even dismissed by those close to you. The presence of this card can give you little guidance over your choice. While many Tarot cards have a sense of inevitability about them, the Judgment card in the present position is powerful in that your free will is on the line here. All this card represents is that the decision you are about to make is, in fact, an epic one.

As "Rebirth," this card takes that meaning a step further. The choice you are about to  make will create a new life for you. Judgement is the card of results. When it pops up in your reading, Judgement predicts you are about to get an outcome in any situation, be it career, love, or relationships.

Judgement is the card of transition from one state to another. Relationships can go from dating to marriage or from dating to endings. Jobs can go to promotions or annex. Judgment marks the time when all of the effort you have put in will result in one thing or another whether that is for better or worse. Be sure you choose carefully.

Key words: internal conflict, major life-changing events, outcomes, rebirth.

Card 3: The World

The World Tarot card signifies having the world at your feet! This can be in a literal sense as The World is one of the Travel cards of the Major Arcana. It can represent new worlds opening up for you so you can expect to be welcomed by the people in the countries you travel to.

The World can also mean you will have the world at your feet in another sense, i.e. that you will be successful and the opportunities available to you at the moment are endless. You have gone through the trials and tribulations of the rest of the Major Arcana, you have endured the hardships and learned your lessons and now you will reap the rewards. You should be proud of what you have achieved, it has not been easy to get here but you’ve done it.

The universe is smiling upon you and luck is on your side when this Major Arcana card appears in your reading, so grab the opportunities available to you. The World can represent the completion of a challenge such as a university course or a project or can represent finally achieving a dream or aspiration such as starting your own business, getting married, or having children.

You have reached the point where you can be happy with what you have accomplished. Success can bring a whole new set of challenges or worries so make sure you’re not carrying the weight of the world on your shoulders. You’ve worked hard to get to this point so stop and savor the moment! Celebrate your accomplishments!

Key words: Success, achievement, accomplishment, travel, completion, fulfillment, sense of belonging, wholeness

Card 4: The High Priestess

The High Priestess possesses intuition, mystery and sensuality combined with common sense. When the High Priestess appears in a tarot reading she indicates that now is the time to trust your instincts and go with your gut feeling. Pay attention to your dreams and the signs and symbols the universe is sending you when this Major Arcana trump card appears in your tarot reading.

While the Magician is the guardian of the conscious mind and the tangible world, the High Priestess is the guardian of the subconscious mind, and the teacher of sacred knowledge and hidden mysteries.

Sitting at the threshold of the conscious and subconscious mind, the High Priestess has an innate ability to travel between these realms effortlessly. She teaches you that the world is not always as it seems and more profound influences are often at play. She ushers you through the thin veil of awareness, offering you a deep, intuitive understanding of the Universe, and a heightened awareness of secret or hidden information.

Key words: Desirability, un-attainability, mystery, sensuality, spirituality, thirst for knowledge, mystery, subconscious, higher power, creativity, fertility.
